This might only be an error if you convert the report from 05 to 08.

When I change the Time out (in seconds) in Reporting Services 08, the changes don’t want to apply.

I’ve also tried to change the timeout in Report Manager and even there the changes do nothing.

The Fix:

Open your Report in Notepad

Locate:

<Timeout>0</Timeout>

Change your time out and save
